★Background to the Exhibition
Under the approval of Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C., “the 5rd China (Beijing) International Safety Production and Protection Products Exhibition”, jointly hosted by China Occupational Safety & Health Association, China Coal Industry Safety Technology Institute and China International Center For Economic and Technical Exchanges and undertook by Beijing Huamaolian Exhibition Co., Ltd. is to be held at Beijing International Exhibition Center on Jun. 28th ? 30th 2009. Initially founded in 2005, the show has now become an annual pageant for international safety product and personal protective industry. The former show was not only welcomed by a large number of enterprises both home and abroad, and has now developed into a flagship exhibition for safety products orienting at Chinese coal mine and mine industry by its prominent internationality and high standard, even more, it has become a platform for international safety and personal protective industry to exchange, cooperate and do business.
Based on the past experience and well organization, “ the 5rd China International Safety Production and Protection Products Exhibition” will serve the exhibitor and purchaser in new appearance and at a higher standard. More than 320 exhibitors are expected to showcase their products in over 20,000 m2 show area. At the appointed time, the associates, institutes and representatives from world wide coal mine enterprises and safety appliance companies from Germany, Britain, Australia, America, Canada, Poland, Netherlands, South Africa and Russia will present at the show and gather around Beijing International Exhibition Center. Besides, colourful activities and seminars holding at the corresponding time will surely highlight the exhibition. The show will be the largest one no matter in the business completed, technology exchange or scale

3. Technology, consultancy, training and publicity organization, occupational safety and healthcare agency, authentication and media, etc.
★Technology Exchange
During the exhibition the Organizing Committee will arrange a series of symposiums for technical and commercial presentation and discussion. Enterprises and institutions may apply to host such symposiums with the theme decided by themselves. Applicant shall notify the Organizing Committee when they apply to join in the exhibition so that the Organizing Committee can arrange the site, publicize and invite professional audience to join in. The fee for each symposium of 90 minutes is8,800 Yuan for domestic enterprises and 2,500 USD for foreign ones.
★ Fee Rate
1. Standard Stand (9? 3m×3 m) : Provided with three exhibition boards of 2.5m high and the lintel produced according to the requirement of the exhibitor, one desk and two chairs for meeting and discussion, one 220v AC socket and two spotlights.
2. Ground Area (Minimum order 36?) : Provided with security service and public responsible insurance.
Fees for the whole period of the exhibition are listed below:

★ Note :
1) 20% shall be added for stand with two openings. Specially decorated stands are for international exhibitors
Miscellaneous fee (for information, lunch, souvenir etc) for each representative is800 Yuan.
★ Publication
1. In order to help the exhibitors to make publicity and to help the customers to communicate with the exhibitors after the exhibition the Organization Committee is going to make a publication with a size of 210 mm x 285 mm.
2. The fees for the advertisement on the publication are as following:

★Publicity0
1.To call the major public and professional media to make news release
2.To publicize both at home and abroad through the customer network built up during the previous exhibitions.
3.To print 500,000 entrance tickets and 300,000 invitations and send to customer both at home and abroad through the Organizing Committee.
4.To publicize through television, broadcasting, newspapers, professional magazines and websites.
5.To publicize on the famous exhibitions of same kinds both at home and abroad.
6.To publicize through the organization of foreign countries in China, including embassy, Chamber of Commerce, Associations and different kinds of trading organizations.
★ The Organization of Audiences
1. Through the organization of chamber of commerce, associations, institutes, trade groups, specialists and academicians both home and aboard;
2. Organizing the general managers/directors, purchasing managers/personnel, product research and development personnel, marketing directors and relevant merchants and traders with the requirement to the safety production within the application fields of mines, architecture and construction engineering, metallurgy engineering, petroleum and chemicals industries, machining industries, fire control units, traffic facilities, geologic mine enterprises, powder explosion industries, energy and water engineering, exploration institutes, anti-radiation protection enterprises, scientific research institutions, and commerce and trade, etc.
3. Publicizing the exhibit progress and relevant information through broadcasting stations, television stations, newspapers, magazines, and relevant websites.
4. Mailing the special catalogs such as Preview of the Exhibit and Brochure of Exhibit directly to the exhibitors, informing and notifying the progress of the exhibition.
★ Expo Procedures
1. To fill up the form of Application and Contract and put on the company seal and fax or mail to the Organizing Committee.
2. After the application has been confirmed by the Organizing Committee send 50% or all of the exhibition fee to the Organizing Committee by T/T within 10 days and fax the receipt to the Organizing Committee for check.
3. After receiving the exhibition fee the Organizing Committee will send the invoice and the Visiting Guide to the exhibitor.
4. The distribution of the stands shall follow the principle of “First applied and paid first arranged”. In order to keep the general profile of the exhibition the Organizing Committee has the right to change the stand of the exhibitors.
Note: After May 1, 2009 the applicants need to pay all of the exhibition fee at the time of application. .
